The 14th Japanese Congress on Neutron Capture Therapy
The 14th Japanese Congress on Neutron Capture Therapy was hold on September 29-30, 2017 at Koriyama View Hotel Annex, Japan. More than 220 medical staff, physicists and engineers participated in the congress which was organized by Southern TOHOKU BNCT Research Center. 


Participants presented their researches and had information sharing actively. Chairman of the Congress Prof. Yoshihiro Takai, Director of Southern TOHOKU BNCT Research Center reported current status of phase II clinical trials for brain tumors and head and neck cancer, which are conducted by the world’s first hospital-based accelerator BNCT facility at Southern TOHOKU General Hospital attracts worldwide attention in both academia and pharmaceutical industry.
