The 3rd Koriyama-Taipei International Symposium
Southern TOHOKU General Hospital (STGH) hosted the 3rd Koriyama-Taipei International Symposium in Koriyama on May 26, 2017. This year’s symposium discussed the recent updates and trends in Radiology, Neurosurgery, Cardiac Surgery and Dermatology, where it’s linked to diagnosis and treatment. It illustrated clinical cases to obtain and assimilate new knowledge and skills.
Another advantage offered by this year’s symposium was the visit to Southern TOHOKU BNCT (Boron Neutron Capture Therapy) Research Center, which is the world’s first accelerator-based installation in hospitals.
Superintendent of Shuang Ho Hospital (SHH) Prof. Fei-Peng Lee appreciated the warm hospitality extended by the hosts and sincerely welcomes Superintendent Dr. Teranishi and staff members to visit Taiwan next year and looks forward to maintaining mutually beneficial partnership.
