To start the referral process, please fill out this “Patient Referral Form” and email it to our Division of International Healthcare Services at int.inquiry@mt.strins.or.jp Normally it takes between 5-7 working days for our internal arrangements to give feedback to your inquiry via email. STHG handles your personal information for the purpose of our medical services and will not disclose to the third parties. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
